Employee Vetting
Employee vetting allows for employers to be able to determine who the individual really is before they recruit them or alternatively, once in the organization, before they promote or move them to another role. While accepted recruiting methods of interview or assessment have their place they do not identify those issues the individual does not want to disclose and which may have prevented them securing the position they seek. Similarly the accepted recruiting methods do not always identify the individual who is unsuited for the role.

Alecto undertakes employee vetting to a level proportionate to the role applied for or to a depth requested by the client. Clearly in positions where the individual will have the ability to control or supervise the movements of finances the need for deep investigation is imperative.
