Rodney Burge
He is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws LLB [Hons] degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skills, is a Certified Fraud Examiner and in 2001 was called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister at Law.

As a former senior detective with New Scotland Yard he has successfully undertaken numerous investigations in the UK and internationally involving matters such as fraud, terrorism, corruption, controlled drugs, firearms, blackmail and murder. He has extensive and high-level operational experience in interviewing, risk analysis, crisis management and the management of covert activities using physical and technical techniques. His experience in initiating and managing intelligence and information gathering systems and the product is long and successful and he has a strong history of creating strategies and processes to address difficult and tricky issues in a positive, focused and discreet way.

In 2000 he was seconded to the National Crime Squad as one of the small number of UK Police representatives to assist the Home Office legislation team in formulating the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 and associated Codes of Practice.

His exposure in undertaking investigations within the commercial and corporate setting on behalf of internationally recognised companies since 2001 has supplemented, reinforced and rounded his public service experience.

Arnie Cooke
He is the holder of a Bachelor of Science [Hons] degree in Criminology, is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a graduate of the FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia. USA and the UK Police Staff College, Bramshill.

A former highly experienced Detective Superintendent with New Scotland Yard and latterly the National Police Adviser to the HM Prison Service for the UK. He has extensive experience in the investigation of fraud, terrorism, kidnap and ransom, extortion, blackmail and is also an expert in surveillance techniques.

His expertise in crisis management and risk assessment has been tested through real and practical experience whilst attached to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office worldwide in remote locations where British nationals had been taken hostage.

He is a very experienced senior police investigator and has been instrumental in bringing to a successful conclusion a number of high profile criminal cases that affected the security of the United Kingdom.

Since 2001 his involvement in corporate investigations has expanded with high profile and sensitive issues involving multi-national companies worldwide.
